Here to Walk With

You On Your Journey

Thoughtful, Structured, and Human

I am a counselor based in Searcy, Arkansas. I work with adults across the state through online therapy and structured group programs.

At the center of my work is a simple belief:

You are not broken. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — but that is not the same as being broken.

I aim to create a space that feels steady, clear, and respectful. A place where you do not have to perform, mask, or explain yourself more than necessary.

Outside of counseling, I value time with my family, reading, writing, and quiet reflection. My own life holds both structure and contemplation, and that balance shapes how I show up in this work.

I believe each person experiences the world in a unique way. Our histories, our nervous systems, and our perspectives shape how life feels to us. I approach that with respect and curiosity.

If we work together, I will not try to define your experience for you. I will listen carefully. I will take you seriously. I will honor your path.

You do not need to become someone else to grow. Change can happen through awareness, patience, and steady steps — at a pace that feels safe and sustainable

My Approach

My work combines:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness-based skills
  • NeuroACT
  • A transpersonal perspective

ACT helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions.

Mindfulness builds awareness and steadiness.

NeuroACT adapts psychological flexibility work specifically for neurodivergent nervous systems.

A transpersonal perspective allows room for deeper questions — identity, purpose, faith, direction, meaning — if those matter to you. These conversations are grounded and practical.

I care about real change. Not dramatic change. Not forced change. Steady, honest growth that feels sustainable.

Who I Work With

I often work with autistic and neurodivergent adults who feel:

  • Insightful but stuck
  • Burned out from masking
  • Caught in rigid thinking loops
  • Tired of trying to “fix” themselves

I also work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift.
