Protected Health Information (PHI)
Wild Orchard Counseling provides counseling services in accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
Confidential client information is maintained in a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.
Standard email is not fully secure. Please avoid including sensitive clinical information in email communication.
Online Sessions
Telehealth services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend sessions in a private and secure location.

Practice Policies & Informed Consent Summary
The following is a general overview of practice policies. A full informed consent document is provided prior to beginning services.
Services Provided
Wild Orchard Counseling provides:
- Individual therapy (in person in Searcy, Arkansas and online statewide)
- Online NeuroACT groups
- Online mindfulness and regulation skills classes
Services are for adults (18+) only.
Fees
- Individual Therapy: $120 per 50-minute session
- NeuroACT Group: $500 per 8-week cohort
- Mindfulness Skills Class: $300 per 8-week series
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Wild Orchard Counseling is private pay only and does not accept insurance.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential in accordance with Arkansas law and HIPAA regulations.
Limits to confidentiality include situations involving:
- Risk of harm to self
- Risk of harm to others
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult
- Court order
These limits are discussed in detail during intake.
Telehealth
Online sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Clients are responsible for:
- Attending sessions in a private location
- Using secure internet access
Scope of Services
This practice does not provide:
- Emergency services
- 24-hour crisis response
- Court-ordered evaluations
- Forensic services
Services are voluntary and may be discontinued by either party at any time.
Crisis & Emergency Information
Wild Orchard Counseling does not provide crisis or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:

If you are a current client, you may leave a message or email, but response times are not immediate.
